Kurt Convey was very helpful in letting me check out a new XC60, and we talked about what I wanted, needed, and also my history with Volvos. I left that day and brought my wife back the next day (Saturday), and threw Kurt a curveball - she was not as enamored with the XC60, and wanted to look at wagons. Kurt set us up to drive an XC70 in excellent condition, we talked, and Kurt made it very easy to talk about the car and the what/when/how. We came back Monday and bought the car. Very easy, and no pressure. Scott Varnum made the closing simple and straightforward as well - explaining each of the forms and what they meant. All in all, this was a great experience and no hard sell! More

I went in seeking a used Audi A5 and to my surprise, there was actually Nermin K. was courteous, respectful and very responsive to calls/inquiries. I went in seeking a used Audi A5 and to my surprise, there was actually an Audi TT convertible available on the lot with very low mileage (just received a couple days ago!). I test-drove the vehicle and then came back with my husband later that day. The negotiation process went smoothly and we felt confident that we got a good deal in the end. While we had to wait longer than we have liked between settling on a price and signing everything with finance, once we sat down with Dave Z., we were able to move through all the paperwork relatively quickly.
