At the end of the transaction, I felt we both got a fair deal and I didn't feel ripped off as I have felt with prior new car purchase transactions. Jamel was extremely knowledgeable about the car and I trusted his input. I love that he offered to meet with me the week after to review operational stuff on the car, answer questions, and provide his input on how to set things up. I think he really knows his stuff.
