Very unscrupulous business tactics I spent an entire day at this dealership. I finally "thought" we had come to an agreement and when the contracts were brought to me they had dishones I spent an entire day at this dealership. I finally "thought" we had come to an agreement and when the contracts were brought to me they had dishonestly changed the deal. When I asked about the discrepancy, details were not disclosed. They like to shift numbers, agree to a deal and then change it, shuffle facts, and then deliver a car that doesn't even have a working radio. I was so disappointed in their sales tactics. I was looking for a dealership to call home because I have to buy cars so often because of the extreme mileage that I put on my cars each year. It will certainly NOT be the Dean Team. They are very dishonest and untrustworthy! More
