All in all a great experience at Dean Team Volvo. The cherry on top was our salesperson Jennifer who really went above and beyond for us. We customers ordered my wife’s 2022 XC90 T8 Recharge back in July and it arrived last week. Jennifer helped us through every step and made sure we got a solid trade and good pricing on Polestar upgrades and extended warranties and paint/interior protection. The finance guy also streamlined the process greatly. This is my second dealing with Dean Team Volvo, having bought our last SUV from them in 2017 or so. We went back today for the Polestar update and detail, and Jennifer helped us transfer the kid’s gear into a loaner she provided, and even mailed us a gift package a few days ago. Do yourself a favor and buy a Volvo from these people, they weren’t gouging massive market adjustments and other BS, and it’s a straightforward deal on a great car. More

I was overall very pleased with the service. Polite and friendly staff. Quick turn around time. Very much enjoyed the upgraded loaner vehicle (made me want to upgrade!) However, I also think as a courtesy to customers, it would be nice to receive your car back cleaned and vacuumed. If I took the car to less prestigious shop, I would not have this expectation, but since I took it to be serviced at Volvo, I expect detailed service and amenities. Another small annoyance is that the second I drove my car off, the tire pressure was low. I understand that this could certainly be a coincidence, but I would also expect the cars tires to be automatically checked as a complimentary service. I had to stop to get the tire pressure adjusted, which I wouldn’t expect to have to do after just leaving the dealership service shop. As of family was preparing for a road trip to see family, it was a minor inconvenience to still need to tune up the car after leaving the shop. More

Pinky was awesome. Worked with me on price and never did the typical sitcom stuff where problems crop up. Actually negotiated by text. Back and forth 3 times and the deal was made.
