Our car buying experience at Dean Team Volvo was flawless from the first moment we met Brian Jackson and his team. Not only was Brian in contact with us via email regarding time and availability, he was read from the first moment we met Brian Jackson and his team. Not only was Brian in contact with us via email regarding time and availability, he was ready with the separate models we were interested in and quickly had them ready for us to test drive. Upon entering his office, both my husband and I felt a mutual respect for each other and never felt pressured. He gave us time to speak alone, we communicated our concerns openly and honestly, and worked through a plan together.
