My husband knows my disdain for auto dealerships and pushy car salesman, so much so, I purchased my last car through an online service. After test driving a few vehicles, he made a purchase. He had a fantastic buying experience which led me to return when I searched for an additional car. I contacted Brian Jackson. He listened while I told him what my budget was and the type of vehicle I wanted. Even though he was on vacation, he still assisted me. He texted me pictures of the car the same day and also followed up with a text message. Since it was the end of the business day, we made an appointment to test drive a car the following day. The vehicle matched our needs, and we were interested in making the purchase. Mr. Jackson began the process, and Grant Winnett (along with Lauren Caruso) helped facilitate our loan processing needs.
