I'm pretty disappointed with my first visit to Volvo of St Louis. I got an alignment and it is no better than it was before. It still pulls to the right. Instead of the steering wheel being off center to t St Louis. I got an alignment and it is no better than it was before. It still pulls to the right. Instead of the steering wheel being off center to the right it is now off center to the left. Also, the mechanic left his greasy handprints on the inside of my door. Also, I did not ask for a car wash and it probably added many minutes to an already long visit. More

In our experience, Brian and Scott (sales manager) lack integrity. After a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle from them, we shared cc info for the deposit, and then began discussing our trade-in... fr integrity. After a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle from them, we shared cc info for the deposit, and then began discussing our trade-in... from there they went silent and the next communication we received 2 days after our verbal agreement to purchase was that they could not "hold" the Jeep for us. Such lies(!) as we did not ask for a hold -we agreed to purchase with cash. The vehicle was not ready as it was undergoing inspection and being detailed and a "hold" was never mentioned (as we were planning to pick up on our way through St. Louis). Then Scott displayed the ultimate disrespect and did not return our call. We have since worked with Fred Beans in PA to purchase a Jeep and glad we did not give The Dean team our business. More
