Volvo XC 40 Purchase - Amazing Service! With living in Springfield, my husband and I had to decide if we were going to visit the Kansas City or St. Louis dealership. We did a lot of research With living in Springfield, my husband and I had to decide if we were going to visit the Kansas City or St. Louis dealership. We did a lot of research but still had several questions. It’s not like we could just walk into a dealership and test drive the vehicle we were interest in. We reached out to both dealerships, but ultimately we were impressed with the communication we had with Joe Majda. He got all of our questions answered and we felt comfortable moving forward with traveling there. Literally as soon as the vehicle we wanted was at their dealership, he sent us several pictures, inside and out, to make sure it had everything we were looking for. As soon as we arrived the vehicle was right out front and waiting for us. We walked into the dealership greeted with huge smiles. It was refreshing after the long drive. Joe spent an extensive amount of time helping us to understand and appreciate all of the features the Volvo had to offer. He gave us a tutorial in the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable using it. These vehicles aren’t chump change so we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. We were ready to seal the deal! We were then introduced to Grant who does the financing there. Turns out Grant is from my hometown in California! What are the odds?! We talked about old times living there and our experience working with him was great! He made me feel more at home. He went over additional options we didn’t even know about. We totally took him up on it! The team at this dealership took the time to get to know us. We weren’t just a number to them. They genuinely cared about us and got to know us. Their customer service was 10xs more than we ever expected we’d have. Joe and Grant were awesome to work with. We appreciate all of their time and will definitely be making our next car purchase there! If you’re in the same situation needing to travel to go to a Volvo dealership, you need to pick this one! Great friendly dealership with great cars I was looking for an suv that I could afford but was relatively new and I decided I wanted to buy a newer Jeep Grand Cherokee. I looked on different websites and eBay and thousands of cars and considered shipping from random places across USA. Ultimately I realized I should have just gone to Dean Team all along. They had the best deal on the grand Cherokee I bought and it was by far the newest and lowest mileage compared to random eBay deals and other places in St. Louis.
