The only part of the process which would not rate a perfect score was the financial end. I felt at times the "Need" to make additional purchases was a little too strong and attempted to play upon emotion standards rather than practical coherent factual information. Other than that, this is my 2nd Dean Team purchase and someday I would consider my 3rd. More
