That lack of pretense is refreshing. He hung out with me and made the inevitable down time bearable, thank you! Grant is also a straight shooter in the finance area, and he alerted me to a potential problem with my understanding of gap coverage that I hadn't ever thought about--he worked in the insurance industry for a time, so he knows what he's talking about. I feel better I won't get shortchanged if I have a total loss when I bring my car overseas to my next assignment, now--thanks, Grant. Karl was nice enough to ferry me in a golf cart across the entire dealership when he noticed that I was dropped off from the airport with luggage in hand--he made sure I got connected straight away and took care of me even though he could have just simply pointed out the direction I needed to go and wished me well.
