No follow up - lost check After contacting them about an additional add-on that we didn't authorize, we were still waiting a month later for our title. After contacting them multiple times, and finally getting told all the paperwork had been sent to the other location, I called the Kirkwood location. Shelby, at that location, was very helpful and was able to give us some answers. Turns out, the check we sent was lost, even though we sent it via Fed-ex and it was signed for. No one ever contacted us during the month we were waiting for the title to tell us they lost our check. Huge disappointment with the customer service at the Brentwood location. Major kudos to Shelby in Kirkwood for getting involved and straightening out the mess. More
