He has a very good and relaxed personality, really easy to talk to. Checked out the car, everything was good. Then we negotiated a price between the civic and my trade in. Went pretty smoothly, very little waiting. After all of that we came to a deal and I was able to drive away with the Civic shortly after that. Over all the process was around 2 hours and in my experience, that’s very good. 5 stars. Would recommend this dealer to anybody. More

Two reasons we stopped looking and purchased a car on the spot; best, friendliest, most sincere and fun car buying experience we had ever had and 2. Have you been in a new Volvo lately? These cars are meticulously crafted, safe and hit the right luxury notes. We sat in two and test drove one car with Brandon Spraul. Brandon is passionate about cars, knowledgeable about his inventory, and is a really great guy. We talked cars, wheels, necessary vs. “unnecessary” packages and we found a shared love of design and cars. We felt like we were shopping with someone we knew; the whole experience was top notch. We would send any of our family or friends to the Dean Team Volvo dealership as they have a full inventory of new and used cars. The showroom was amazing and Dave Zor in financing was fun and another great guy to work with. Overall it was my best car shopping experience to date. More

Unwillingness to repair recently purchased vehicle. I have attempted to reach Eddie twice. We purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet two months ago, and the first time that we attempted to open t I have attempted to reach Eddie twice. We purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet two months ago, and the first time that we attempted to open the convertible top, it malfunctioned. We brought it in for service, and were just informed that it is a $3,000 repair and that Dean Team was not willing to cover the cost. This is very unfair, but also indicative of the ratings that we have found on BBB and elsewhere. We are trying again to reach out directly in hopes that we can rectify this situation without escalating through the media and other outlets. More
