Professional Sales, with a no pressure attitude! I have worked wit Larry in the past and in my opinion his services is the standard when it comes to automotive sales! His no pressure sales attitude I have worked wit Larry in the past and in my opinion his services is the standard when it comes to automotive sales! His no pressure sales attitude was super-seceded by his vast experience in finding the "right fit" vehicle. I had set an appointment with him identifying the 3 vehicles I was interested in, and upon my arrival; all 3 vehicles were parked out front and running. In the end, those vehicles were not the ones for me, so he found one on the internet, and another location, made sure it was ready to show as well as test drive, and drove me to that location to check out the vehicle. It was time well spent and an excellent experience. More

He was also great with my 2 year old...offered him snacks and toys to play with while I signed paperwork. Awesome Experience I was not intending to purchase a vehicle so I went to look at a few dealers that morning. I had a crap experience at a different place. I drove into Dean Team Volvo expecting to be frustrated again. This experience was the total opposite. Alen was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions that day, and through the following week. The night I came back to buy my car was efficient and super easy experience. I was not intending to buy a car yet because I expected the process to be a pain. It wasn't, I bought the car and would absolutely recommend! More
