Our first Volvo purchase (different salesman who’s no longer there) was not the best, but we decided to give Dean Team Volvo another try. Wow....WOW! We didn’t regret it! Very personable, honest, and friendly team! Definitely made the whole experience from start to finish painless. The team kept us updated throughout the process and we didn’t feel unnecessary pressure to buy. We were given the facts and our questions/concerns answered. We will definitely be coming back, and hopefully continue to have Brandan as our next salesman! More

Very Personable As a first time car buyer, Brandon understood how big of a deal this purchase was for me and worked with me on a good deal on my car. He was not only very personable but very knowledgeable about the car I was buying which gave me confidence in that he knew what he was talking about and not just rattling off some sales pitch.
