Dealer neglected to tell me until they got the papers signed on my 2019 Durango that it was a Canadian vehicle and the warranty didn't transfer. Can't use the app for the car due to them needing a Canadi signed on my 2019 Durango that it was a Canadian vehicle and the warranty didn't transfer. Can't use the app for the car due to them needing a Canadian address to set up the account, which me living in Iowa causes a major issue. Voiced my concerns a few weeks after the sale to the salesman and the store itself through messages with zero response. Very poor customer service and very deceitful! Would never recommend them. More

Helpful Customer Service Glen was very helpful going above and beyond what I expected of him. My 3 year old helped my van key magically disappear. I was stressed out and in a Glen was very helpful going above and beyond what I expected of him. My 3 year old helped my van key magically disappear. I was stressed out and in a panic about how much of a pain it would be to get a new van key. Glen was very friendly, helpful and made my experience a positive one. I didn't feel like just a number or not important due to the fact I wasn't look for a vehicle this particular day. I am very thankful for this and recommend seeing Glen at Deery in Pleasant Hill.
