"Tires "

I was very disappointed that when I had my tires rotated that my car started to cause issues on highway speed. The car pulled to the right after tire rotation. Went back was told one tire had a bad belt the tires only had 17,000 miles and should have been covered my manufacturer. This car was purchased from on April 2017 as new off the floor. How can a car tire have this issue with such low milage. Was told had to purchase four new tires. It cost me almost 700.00 dollars. Was charges 60.00 to mount and balance and another 90.00 to align. I feel I was taken advantage of and will never go back to the deal. I will never purchase another car from them. My husband and I have purchased over 100,000.00 worth of vehicles and I am done with them.

"STAY AWAY!!! Do not buy here!!!!"

I purchased a car on a Saturday afternoon. On the drive home, I realized the transmission was going out and the car continued to die. I immediately tried to contact the sales person. I called first thing Monday morning to say I was bringing the car back and expected a refund. I was told there’s nothing that can be done at this point and Deery Brothers has a no return policy. I paid cash for a car that ran for 15 minutes.

I’ve always had good service here, both in servicing my Jeeps and in getting parts. I bought my second jeep here and because it I had already arranged my financing elsewhere and wasn’t trading in, we were in and out in about an hour.

"Don't go there"

I went to shop for a relatively new used car (Dodge or Jeep). The salesman I interacted with was extremely pushy and kept repeating the same things to me again and again. Eventually I said I needed some more time to consider and left. The entire experience was very uncomfortable.

"terrible experiences"

the service advisors would inflate the costs for repair and ask you to do oil change and other auto parts tune-up services at a level of frequency that is not necessary if you don't pay attention, repair costs that you have paid for in the past might appear on your new bill again charge way more than independent mechanics, so much more that it is worth the trouble to find independent mechanics and wait longer to get your replacement parts I wish I had someone told me about the quality of this dealership earlier avoid going there if you don't have to
