Scot and Scott went out of their way to try and find me the perfect car. The "perfect" car wasn't available but they did a good job of getting me something that I still love. Overall the help of Woody and others was excellent. The only limiting factor was the color selection. Can't fault the dealership but ... That day went out looking at cars that we were interested in (Honda' only limiting factor was the color selection. Can't fault the dealership but ... That day went out looking at cars that we were interested in (Honda's especailly). Then went to check out the Ford Fiesta. Took a test drive in both that day for comparison. Although the Ford had slightly less interior room the handling was much better also the engine/road sound was much less in the Ford. More

We just got a new Ford F150 with the new Ecoboost 3.5 engine and are very excited. We have a 32 ft. camping trailer that we tow and Ford's towing capactity far outweighs the competition. The ride is much smoother than other truck brands and we found the add on packages available to include exactly what we wanted/needed. We were extremely satisfied with our dealer Bill Spurrell at our local Ford dealership. Bill worked with us trying to locate exactly what we wanted, finally building us the perfect vehicle and ordering it. He kept us up to date with frequent calls and personal service down to every small detail. He was probably one of the best in sales that we've dealth with and we've dealt with quite a few! We were also very happy dealing with Terry the manager as well and felt we got a really good deal. The business office was very efficient and professional. We've always been Chevy people in the past but after this positive experience, we've swung over fully to Ford! More

We loved our experience, except for the wait in getting our first Explorer. We loved getting our second Explorer in the same day, and are having a great time as a two Explorer family! Everything was great, but the price was a little higher than I expected and we had a small mechanical problem on the way home. I've contacted maintenance and and that will be taken care of. I located a vehicle online. Before calling, I check BBB and online reviews. I found good reviews, previous customers who were happy. I contacted Deery Brothers and was transferred to Woody Sims. He was pol and online reviews. I found good reviews, previous customers who were happy. I contacted Deery Brothers and was transferred to Woody Sims. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I received a price, made an offer online and was promtly contacted. Woody negotiated a very fair price. Unfortunely the vehicle was almost 400 miles away, and my time was limited. Woody had a previous appointment out of the office so had another person in the office contact me....and Woody provided me his personal cel #, just incase. The others in the office were just as friendly and helpful. I never felt as if anyone was being pushy. Within 3 days, we arrange the sale and delivery. In 72hrs, Ernie arrived at my door with my vehicle (fantastic condition with low miles) and all of the paperwork. Not one minute was spent running around with faxes and overnight mailing. I will shop again. This kind of service is not something found just any where. This vehicle was purchased totally online. Thank you . More

I was in the market for a new car. Had it narrowed down to Ford Escape, Toyota Rav4, Chevy Equinox and Nissan Rogue. Chad Heinig did his best to sell me the Ford Escape, but ended up buying a Rav4, simply to Ford Escape, Toyota Rav4, Chevy Equinox and Nissan Rogue. Chad Heinig did his best to sell me the Ford Escape, but ended up buying a Rav4, simply because I got a better price on my trade in at Toyota and how can you pass up 2 year Maintenance Free Certification that Toyota is offering. All in all, it was not the fault of Deery Ford (or Chad's) that I did not buy from them. Am just sorry that E.J. Lehman didn't take my offer, because had he done so, I would not have gone looking at Toyota. They did. More
