Today I just purchased a '23 F-350. I had ordered it back on Novermber 7 and it came in on Friday. Kayvon was the salesman and he texted me immediately to inform me it was in and he wou I had ordered it back on Novermber 7 and it came in on Friday. Kayvon was the salesman and he texted me immediately to inform me it was in and he would need a day to prep it to give it to me. My wife and I were able to make it on Monday to pick it up. We arrived at 1030ish, met with Kayvon, and looked over the truck. The sales manager Jerry came out asked a couple of questions while Kayvon was showing me the features. After that was completed we went back to see Jerry. Jerry was up front, as was Kayvon, and honest and we were out of there by around 1130ish. It had to be the fastest car sale I have ever completed. Some items were taken care of over the phone with Kayvon as I had sent him documents on Friday and Saturday. Overall there was no hassel and a great experience. I highly recommend Kayvon and Jerry at Deery Brothers Ford Lincoln in Iowa City. I'm sure all of the salesman are the same but I only have experience with Kayvon. More

I could not be more pleased or impressed with this dealership! Patrick Gollhofer was very prompt in answering my inquiry and subsequent questions concerning the used 2015 Chevy Express 3500 12-passen dealership! Patrick Gollhofer was very prompt in answering my inquiry and subsequent questions concerning the used 2015 Chevy Express 3500 12-passenger van I was interested in. We made an appointment for a test drive on the same day. Patrick had the van completely prepped and ready for us when we arrived. I had done my research before arriving, so I knew the price was fair, I knew the service history on it and that the van had never been in an accident. But Patrick also had that information ready and went over it with me. Along with a complete "once over" and detailing, Deery had put four brand new tires on the van as well as new brakes. To my surprise, Patrick also went over the 6-month warranty with me. I had never heard of more than a 30-day warranty on a used vehicle. We walked in the door shortly after 4:00 p.m. and were on the road with the van before 5:30! Granted that we did not have a trade and we paid cash, but it was still a very quick and smooth transaction with no pressure! I can honestly say that Patrick, and Deery, seem to care about their customers. More
