The Deery Ford experience was by far the best, with Curtis Uthe being head and shoulders the Best-of-the-Best per online, in my search for a C-Max. I think it is he that ultimately helped the sale to go to Ford rather than the competitor in hybrids. With the C-Max being very hard work to find, Curtis made it easier and rescued the sale for Ford on decision day. Exceptional responsiveness, sharpness, deal decision speed, enthusiasm and a total focus on the customer were what did it. In that order. I should also mention that when Curtis was not available, Steven Peacock helped me and keep the deal moving forward. Steven also helped with an auto familiarity overview which was exceptional. Walking onto the car lot I was quite skeptical of car salesman just from what I've heard others say.
