But Dein Chevrolet was soo much different as it was personable, friend salesman and Duane was the greatest. There was no high pressure sale tactics and they made me feel like a family member. After the sale they introduced me to the service and parts department member (no other dealer ever did that for me). On Friday I called to tell her I would take the vehicle, however she was not there (I did talk to another person telling them I would take the vehicle). I called her on Saturday telling her I would like to purchase the vehicle, but also wanted some running boards put on, telling her I would pay for them separately. Since the truck was a Dodge, they would have to be ordered from another dealer. When I arrived to get the truck on Monday, she had already had the running boards ordered. I would call that extremely good customer service. More
