She was left with a shredded tire that left her unable to drive her car. I called Mark immediately to see if he could replace the tire. His first question to me was, "Is she okay?". By the time we put the donut on and got her car to Del, Mark had the tire ordered and service order ready to go! Parental peace of mind...priceless. More
