Del always get the car fixed correctly. Recently purchased a hard to get in PA Rav4 Prime above MSRP and had a couple accessories installed by them. The tow hitch required trimming a cut out in the bumper but their tech couldn't follow the Toyota instructions and made the cutout way off center on a brand new vehicle then didn't tell me until I came to pick it up. Followed up with Matt Johnson (service manager) who tried to tell me it wasn't their fault and wouldn't fix the issue. Had to email repeatedly to have them pay a local dealership to "correct" their mistake by enlarging the cutout to make it appear centered and it still doesn't look good. Asked if they'd replace the bumper properly and have had ZERO response from Matt. Good luck dealing with this subpar service team if you have issues... Find another dealer that will handle these types of issues properly. More
