I noticed 2 small scratches on the car & he set up to have them removed & blended in by their paint department, Gabriel He mileage car & I bought it. The entire experience from start to finish was on point. Our sales associate Marcus listened to our needs and wants and truly delivered. Floor Manager John was also extremely helpful and very nice. Mohammad in the financial department was efficient, took the time to explain policies , coverages and next steps. He truly made the paperwork process a breeze. This has to be the Best buying experience we have ever had to the point we came back a week later to buy another one. Even though I’m praising the gentlemen who we actually ended up working with. I feel anyone would be happy with any team they end up Working with. The car buying process at some dealers seem to be an all day project but because they take the time to listen and understand your needs, the whole process was a great experience in a decent time frame.
