MJ answered every text and phone call. Answered all of my questions following up with things like pictures and window sticker. He helped make the deal easy. Finance department was easy to work with. Jordan took a few minutes with me via phone so that I could be sure that all was as agreed to. It was all correct. I appreciated that he understood that I was just watching out for my mother because I was still in Ohio. Excellent job. Chad also took my calls during MJ's absence.
