Today I bought my FIRST new car! I wasn't expecting to but my appointment with salesman Matt Rettinger was amazing. Yes, you heard me right ! Matt and the entire team were attentiv I wasn't expecting to but my appointment with salesman Matt Rettinger was amazing. Yes, you heard me right ! Matt and the entire team were attentive, straight forward and caring every step of the way. Matt has such a massive amount of knowledge about Kia vehicles and financing options blew my mind. I was looking to possibly purchase a used car again but Matt showed me the 2024 Kia Seltos. In my mind all I could say was, Wow! She is beautiful vehicle with all the bells and whistles and then some. Then my heart sank believing there is NO WAY I will be able to purchase this gem of a ride. Matt Rettinger made it happen! He was so patient, listened to my needs and concerns. He truly wanted me to have everything I wanted no matter how hard he had to work for me to get it. I felt as if I was buying a car from a good friend who really had my best interest at heart. We chatted about my expectations and what they could offer for my Kia Soul trade in. . He and the team were quick, efficient and the deal was sealed. I was taken for a tour to the service center met Jorge who was very sweet and gave me great confidence my new Sweet Seltos would have many many years of excellent service. Amir in finance was an absolute delight to work with. Again, very personable and we had quite a few laughs while signing the paperwork. Love his Docupad! If you don't what that is go buy your next car at Kia Deland. From the moment I was greeted by Matt I knew I was in great hands. No rush, no salesmen tactics and no pushiness. Would not use this dealership again. No one returns phone calls or voicemails so had to go directly to dealership to seek assistance.
