Thank you, Raphael, for taking the extra time and effort to fix a problem I've had for almost a year with my 2013 Kia Soul. It would die when idling at a stoplight or in traffic. Problem was that every time to fix a problem I've had for almost a year with my 2013 Kia Soul. It would die when idling at a stoplight or in traffic. Problem was that every time I took it in to be diagnosed, the "check engine" light was gone, no code was available and circumstances could not be replicated. So it happened again....the check engine light was on and I was able to drive straight to my KIA service center and though very busy with a backlog of other cars....Rafael listened to me and asked the technician to diagnose the error code right away for the "check engine" light before it went out. I drove home and drove the next day and so far so good! No "engine dieing" during idling!!! My odometer is at 99,500. Other than this issue for the last year.....I have loved my bright red 2013 Soul and hope it will eventually hit the 143,00 mile mark like my dad's 2005 Kia Sedona! More

The oil change was great and the timely service, the one thing I did notice is that they did not top off the engine coolant or the washer fluid, which I found kind of odd.
