I reached out to the salesman, Arthur and was ignored. Then, I texted him with the number provided and got a vague response to see if I could bring the car in. I moved to NC so I could not bring it in but wanted some pointers on where to go in order to get the issue fixed. I was then ignored. This is a brand-new car and should not be "melting". I am very disappointed in the lack of care from someone who made a sale and then could not help any further. A point in the right direction would of been nice. I will never buy another chevy, and I surely will never recommend this dealer after this experience. More

I went in to get my car inspected and to get my oil changed on my 09 Subaru WRX. It turned out I needed to get a whole new engine and turbo so they said they would do it and that it would be covered un changed on my 09 Subaru WRX. It turned out I needed to get a whole new engine and turbo so they said they would do it and that it would be covered under my warranty. Then is when everything started to get a little crazy. I am currently 4 weeks in and still don't have my car back. They keep making excuses about why it is not done yet. Every week it is something else i.e. Subaru tech needed to go get more schooling-couldn't work on it for a week, Needed to order in a tool to put a camshaft back in-two more days. Even though they are constantly telling me it will be done on a certain day they keep pushing it back. They told me it would be done two weeks ago. Bill the service man that I have been talking to is completely inconsiderate and quite frankly he is rude. When he can't hit his own time frame he doesn't bother to call you and when you call him he gets annoyed and passive-aggressive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. More
BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. THEY ARE VERY UNDERHANDED. I went to Delaneys with a friend to find a reliable used car. The salesman "Scott" asked what my price range was. I gave him a number. He said there were to Delaneys with a friend to find a reliable used car. The salesman "Scott" asked what my price range was. I gave him a number. He said there were a few cars that he could show me. He promptly showed me a used Honda and asked if I would like to test drive it. We took the car for a ride. I told him I liked the car. He asked me if I would be interested in the car if the amount was was the number I mentioned out the door. I said that I would. He kept calling different people in the dealership and asking me about financing, which I said I would arrange, but he kept asking me about what payment could I afford, and asking questions. I told him it was all about the bottom line price of the car. He told me he would sell me the car for what I wanted and I even wrote a check to hold the car. Then he sent his finance person in claiming they could get me a better rate. When they ran my name through a credit check and discovered I had very good credit, the car price raised $3000. When I became upset, they claimed that it was a misunderstanding on my part, and tried to sell me a cheaper car. (My friend heard him tell me the price!) This whole process took 4 hours! Delaneys obvious tries to take advantage of single women or anybody who they think that they can get away with it with. More
