Dellen Chevrolet GMC

I have had my 2018 gmc canyon in your shop 3 times for transmission shudder.. The first time you serviced the trans. The second time you flashed the computer. The 3rd time I had it in your shop you couldn transmission shudder.. The first time you serviced the trans. The second time you flashed the computer. The 3rd time I had it in your shop you couldn't feel anything. You felt it twice I drove it with your service manager. Long story short I took it to another dealer. I left it for them to drive. I got a call from THEIR SERVICE DEPT stating that my truck needs a new TORQUE CONVERTER. More
