She was very willing to run back and forth between the new and used car buildings so that we could test drive the car on three different visits. And she was able to help me make a deal and get a great interest rate. She was available in between visits since I had several questions and she also volunteered to come in on her day off if necessary to help us get the deal finished. Finally, she did a great job helping my sixteen year old son set up the car and sync his electronics as well as set up our OnStar. More
