Was fine. Brought in a key fob they programmed for $70.00 plus 7+ in “shop fees” whatever that is, since I supplied the part. But whatever, 1/2hr later got the fob and unlocks and locks doors. Remote start didn’t work (which would’ve been nice if they checked it all out first) other than that. Friendly enough, even when telling me a couple of time we are not responsible for anything, and you’ll have to pay anyway, which I understand. I am curious if I’d bought the fob through Dellen if anything would’ve have been different. My guess is probably not. Either way job done, car given away to a nice family in need. Brought a new 2020 Truck 2500 HD Diesel We have worked with Dellen for over 25 years. We try to stay local. We have brought around 15 cars from them over the years. We are in a business that you work with the public and sales. We have always said we are here to help the customer what is best for them. Jason has that quality. He did a wonderful job. He is still learning but the only way you learn is just do it. We were proud to be one of his first clients to buy a vehicle from him. He was very helpful and if he didn't know the answer he would ask someone and get it. We plan to let everyone we know to call Jason. We will continue to use Jason in the future. More

Several hours later I received a telephone call; my truck was ready. I was informed cost of repair was less then quoted by about $150.00; time took less time than expected.
