Service writer informed me that they were overbook after I schedule the service the previous day and then she said I don't remember talking to you. I told I remember talking to you. After service was completed I ask them to leave the keys and bill in my truck after I gave them my credit card number over phone to pay for it. They didn't do that. I had to delay leaving town the next day because I had to fine my extra set of keys that turn out to be there they whole time. When I went back in there the service writer was not happy with me.
