Above and beyond I was traveling to visit family so I was just driving through town, hit something and my driveshaft broke in half. Once the tow truck came and we got I was traveling to visit family so I was just driving through town, hit something and my driveshaft broke in half. Once the tow truck came and we got my car to Dellen my experience was incredible! I was still fragile from my husband just deploying, than destroying a car we had for a year, did I mention traveling with 150lb dog in all of this. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure I had a rental to drive the rest of the way to my family. Nobody said a word about me having my pup with me (thankfully she was well behaved and loved everyone that said hello) When I was getting frustrated being sent all over on the phone, Matt stepped up and spoke with his boss so he could help me get the rental approved and get home. I was so overwhelmed and distraught in the situation but they made sure I was okay. When the drive shaft was on major back order they took the time to send mine out and get it replaced that way so I could head back home to NY. Truly wish I could just pack up Dellen and move them to NY near me. They were all incredible people, helpful, and never paused if there was something they could do to help! More
