Above and Beyond I went in for a typical oil change + a tire rotation. I have a coupon for $5 off, but the man forgot to apply it to my receipt. To make up for that mi I went in for a typical oil change + a tire rotation. I have a coupon for $5 off, but the man forgot to apply it to my receipt. To make up for that mistake, he gave me $10 off, making my tire rotation free! I do wish they offered a car wash with each service. Many other dealerships offer this add-on. More

Unacceptable but the dealership made it right I was overcharged for an oil change. I made an appt for 5pm and was told that the 4:30 slot was open so I should be out quickly. At 5:25 no one had co I was overcharged for an oil change. I made an appt for 5pm and was told that the 4:30 slot was open so I should be out quickly. At 5:25 no one had come to check on me to let me know the car was done. I went to check and saw it sitting in the bay waiting to go out the door. The guy said they had been busy and apologized for my wait. He then charged me $64.99 for the oil change and tire rotation. I told him I had received a coupon that said the everyday low price was $49.99. He wasn't buying it and told me that the tire rotation was an extra $10. I paid the bill and stated I would be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I received a call from the service manager after I filled a survey out negatively and he made it right with me. More
