Regular service, oil change and tire rotation They just started a new appointment only for service and it took longer than it did before when it was first come first serve. The service guy said my Equinox needed a new air filter so I agreed to have one installed. Little did I know I could have purchased the filter for under $20 at any parts store or Amazon but they charged me $50 for an air filter. WOW I received an e-mail from Dellen the week before stating the new appointment only for service and the message stated along with the 20 + point inspection they were now going to sweep your vehicle out at no charge. They never swept my vehicle out. More

Outstanding service After hours of searching the internet for a used vehicle that met all our needs, we drove to Dellen from Bloomington, because it was one of just a few After hours of searching the internet for a used vehicle that met all our needs, we drove to Dellen from Bloomington, because it was one of just a few dealers within 150 miles that had the used model we desired. We made an appointment through their website and included the specific vehicle we were interested in. It was parked next to their front door and Lin was standing beside it when we arrived. He patiently spent the next hour going over the numerous features. By the end of our visit, we were very satisfied that our requirements were met at a very fair price. The following week, we returned to pick up our SUV. Again, Lin took the time to answer all of our questions. He was so pleasant to deal with, as was Jared, their financial person. We highly recommend Dellen. (Ask for Lin). More
