We made an appointment through their website and included the specific vehicle we were interested in. It was parked next to their front door and Lin was standing beside it when we arrived. He patiently spent the next hour going over the numerous features. By the end of our visit, we were very satisfied that our requirements were met at a very fair price. The following week, we returned to pick up our SUV. Again, Lin took the time to answer all of our questions. He was so pleasant to deal with, as was Jared, their financial person. We highly recommend Dellen. (Ask for Lin). More
