Not a good experience. Requested repairs of the power steering and replacement of brakes. They charge me a diagnostic fee of $125 to tell me I needed the power steering corrected and The brakes replaced. steering and replacement of brakes. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was parked in the very back of the line and covered in bird poop. The battery was also dead because an interior light was left on. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Took my vehicle to the dealership to get my power steering repaired and replace my worn brakes. They charged me $125.00 of labor to tell me that my power steering needed fixed and I needed new brake steering repaired and replace my worn brakes. I politely declined the service and returned to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Only problem was that my vehicle would not start. Not only that, it was parked clear in the back and had bird crap all over the windshield. Could be a coincidence but I seriously doubt it. If you choose Dellen to service your vehicle just be careful. I was also charged $12.50 for parts but the vehicle report didn't list any parts replaced. In fact they never even worked on my vehicle so I was really baffled by the charge. Needless to say that I still had to pay $137.50 for them to release my vehicle. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Dellen Chevrolet. More
