I just had a routine oil change and the service department did a great job. Very efficient and informative. Service writer informed me that they were overbook after I schedule the service the previous day and then she said I don't remember talking to you. I told I remember talking to you. After service was completed I ask them to leave the keys and bill in my truck after I gave them my credit card number over phone to pay for it. They didn't do that. I had to delay leaving town the next day because I had to fine my extra set of keys that turn out to be there they whole time. When I went back in there the service writer was not happy with me. She acted like I was a pain in you xxx. More

Oil & Air Filter Change Was greeted by a gentleman as soon as I pulled in (sorry, didn't catch his name), car was serviced and Matt cashed me out. Matt was incredibly nice and gave me a discount, along with several apologies, because he said I had waited too long for what was done to my car (oil change, tire rotation and two air filters). VERY nice guy. Everyone has always been very nice when I bring the car in for an oil change. (I must admit, I was a bit put-off by the price to change the two air filters.) More
