I received a quote for a repair, took vehicle in and they call and told me that someone quoted me incorrect even after I call to verify the price before I took it in. The service was good. Not Awesome I'm not sure that I would recommend this service center at Dellen GMC. The advisor recommended that I have a new battery installed since the old one I'm not sure that I would recommend this service center at Dellen GMC. The advisor recommended that I have a new battery installed since the old one tested to be low on voltage. Well, that's fine let's do it since the old was four years in age. Looking at the service board at check out, I saw installed battery price $178; they charged me $200+. I questioned the price difference. The reply was, "The board is the old prices". Oh, nice, the posted board of services is outdated. Sweet! They also forgot to punch my "frequent buyer of oil change card" on the key ring. I guess that's my responsibility to ask them to do that; well, they had done it previously on their own. So, that's my review; the oil change was good; they even tightened the oil filter adequately this time so I didn't have to do it myself after I noticed oil drips on my garage floor after last service. dh in Fishers More

I have on aoccasion, sometimes it doesn't go to well. I am a GM retiree, counting Dellen, and the Howdy and Hockett I have purchased thru the GM plan around 30 new vehicles, since 1962. I have 2 sons who I am a GM retiree, counting Dellen, and the Howdy and Hockett I have purchased thru the GM plan around 30 new vehicles, since 1962. I have 2 sons who are eligible to purchase thru me, my oldest son has been driving Fords after buying 6 or so from Dellen. He won't even consider a GM vehicle because of the way he was treated at Dellen. My youngest son drives other vehicles also and I think he bought 4 or 5 from Dellen. I continue to come there, partly because I live a couple miles away. I have bought as many as 7 vehicles at other dealers myself over the years. More
