Regular service, oil change and tire rotation They just started a new appointment only for service and it took longer than it did before when it was first come first serve. The service guy said my They just started a new appointment only for service and it took longer than it did before when it was first come first serve. The service guy said my Equinox needed a new air filter so I agreed to have one installed. Little did I know I could have purchased the filter for under $20 at any parts store or Amazon but they charged me $50 for an air filter. WOW I received an e-mail from Dellen the week before stating the new appointment only for service and the message stated along with the 20 + point inspection they were now going to sweep your vehicle out at no charge. They never swept my vehicle out. More
