Worst customer service experience ever. 6 months getting the run around on a simple little trim piece that should be covered under warranty and I can't get an answer from the dealer or GM 6 months getting the run around on a simple little trim piece that should be covered under warranty and I can't get an answer from the dealer or GM themselves. Promised call backs never happen, weeks between any updates, and the updates never include any progress. I think they just want to screw you around long enough to where you give up and go away. More
