I normally don't leave a negative review, but my experience with the service department (Abel S. and Ryan H.) at this dealership has been frustrating enough that I feel other customers deserve to kn experience with the service department (Abel S. and Ryan H.) at this dealership has been frustrating enough that I feel other customers deserve to know. We brought in our vehicle for a vibration issue that has been ongoing for months. The dealership kept the vehicle for several days on multiple occasions. Supposedly, they ran diagnostics and involved GM TAC but since they couldn't find the issue, they chalked it up to a "normal characteristic of my 2024 Escalade. Our concern was not taken seriously, and they kept referring to it as a noise when we repeatedly told them it was a vibration we were feeling not hearing. It genuinely feels like the moment they couldn't find the cause, they stopped trying and fed us with contradictory statements. For a luxury brand dealership, this level of service, transparency and accountability is far below expectations. STEER CLEAR! More
Extremely disappointed in this dealership service department. I was told they couldn’t find a fuel pump to fix my 2018 Chev Silverado and that it might be six months before they could get the parts. department. I was told they couldn’t find a fuel pump to fix my 2018 Chev Silverado and that it might be six months before they could get the parts. They said it also needed a new radiator so total parts and labor were going to be $3,800. The best solution they could come up with was for me to trade my truck at a discount rate and buy a new truck from them. I had the truck towed to another mechanic that found the pump at another Chevrolet dealership and installed it parts and labor for $1080. This mechanic said there wasn’t anything wrong with the radiator! What a scam operation! I will share this story with everyone I come across! More

Worst customer service experience ever. 6 months getting the run around on a simple little trim piece that should be covered under warranty and I can't get an answer from the dealer or GM 6 months getting the run around on a simple little trim piece that should be covered under warranty and I can't get an answer from the dealer or GM themselves. Promised call backs never happen, weeks between any updates, and the updates never include any progress. I think they just want to screw you around long enough to where you give up and go away. More
I had a wonderful experience working with Ben and Nick Myers. I am so happy that I found a vehicle. There was a little issue with my car at the beginning, but Nick had no problem into reaching out to the Myers. I am so happy that I found a vehicle. There was a little issue with my car at the beginning, but Nick had no problem into reaching out to the correct people and fixing them as soon as I asked. Nick definitely kept me in the loop every step of the way, if it was by text or call he was on top of it! We live out of state and Nick even drove the extra miles to bring my vehicle to me. We definitely will be purchasing our next vehicles here! I highly recommend Dellenbach Motors!! Let them know that I (Marissa Medina) sent you! More
My 2008 Chevy Colorado with 45,000 miles will often not start so I took it to the dealer, Dellenbach Motors. They I insisted I needed a new battery, which I replaced. They also changed out the passenger ex start so I took it to the dealer, Dellenbach Motors. They I insisted I needed a new battery, which I replaced. They also changed out the passenger exterior door handle for $300. AFTER I SPENT $450.00, they told me they couldn't fix the problem. They say it needs a new ignition lock cylender and Chevy no longer makes them for my Colorado. Now it is sitting in their lot, not starting, until I can get it to a mechanic who can actually fix it. I bought the truck new and fully expected it run at least 200,000 miles - NOT 45,000 miles! I am bummed. I did like the people I dealt with in the service department, they treated me very well. More
I saw a truck that caught my eye while going passed the dealership. I went in and offered a price on the truck. They gave me a counter offer that was in my price range. So I bought it. dealership.
