Lemon Bought a used Dodge Dakota at Dellenbach in Fort Collins, CO. Within days the engine light came on with a transmission code. So either Dellenbach knowingly sold me a car that had a $4000 mechanical problem, or their mechanics do their pre sell inspections blindfolded. Beware..... More

They have always taken care of us in a very timely matter. I just bought a 2017 one ton and have a 2017 3/4 on order that will be customized. Repair work ant tire purchase. The work on my car was completed in a timely manner and I was pleased with the purchase of 4 new tires. I had priced them at other tire stores but not The work on my car was completed in a timely manner and I was pleased with the purchase of 4 new tires. I had priced them at other tire stores but not the same tire as the original equipment, it was explained to me that I should use the same tires as the ones that car came with because the newer cars are tuned to that particular tire. I got good mileage on the original tires so why change. Jim More

The parts dept. refused to take a part (non electrical) back because the "package was opened" and they don't stock that particular part. They were the ones that told me what part I needed and then gave me back because the "package was opened" and they don't stock that particular part. They were the ones that told me what part I needed and then gave me the wrong part to begin with !! And these dealerships pride themselves in customer service. Go figure ! More
