RUN! !! Don't walk away from this dealership. It took over 2 months to get my plates registered to my new car. I ended up driving with my old expired plat !! Don't walk away from this dealership. It took over 2 months to get my plates registered to my new car. I ended up driving with my old expired plates on the new car because both sets of temporary plates expired. It took over 4 months to get the title of my vehicle that was paid in full. I tried reaching out to the dealership to speak to a manager and was hung up on at least 10 times, between different instances. I was charged $995 for a package that was never installed on my vehicle when they shipped to me in Illinois. Find a different dealership, this place is a joke. More

The sales personnel tried to be helpful when we bought our Acura RDX. The service department is terrible. They do not answer the phone, They have only one service that can work on Acura.
