I’m a long time Acura leaser, but due to the end of my recent 3-year lease of a 2020 RDX and ever-rising interest rates, I decided to purchase a new I’m a long time Acura leaser, but due to the end of my recent 3-year lease of a 2020 RDX and ever-rising interest rates, I decided to purchase a new 2022 RDX outright. I live in the greater Orlando area and searched for a new vehicle at every single Acura dealership in Florida. What I discovered is that dealerships are more interested in selling used vehicles these days, and most didn’t even have any new RDXs at all! The only way to get one was to order, wait, and pay ridiculous transfer fees! However, I then stumbled upon Delray Acura and was pleased to hear that they had 5 new RDXs on their lot. Instead of initially driving 3 hours just to negotiate a potential purchase, we called the dealership and spoke with their internet sales manager Gerry Weiss. To make a long story short, we were able to negotiate a great deal with Gerry over the phone (including my lease buyout/trade in) and had my new RDX the very next day! Gerry was extremely patient as I debated which exterior color I wanted, and made the whole purchasing experience a pleasant one. The drive to Delray Acura was well worth the trip, and I’ll certainly be back. I strongly encourage you to visit this dealership and ask for Gerry! More

After a year (literally a year) of fighting to get my 2020 MDX fixed with a simple warranty issue I finally got it scheduled to go get fixed. The service tech Alex has been great I don’t mean for this to reflect on him however this new ownership for the dealership is proving to be just as terrible as the previous one. When I was contacted to make the appointment to bring my vehicle in for repair I asked if I would be able to get a loaner vehicle since both my wife and I work on Saturdays and we have to drop off/pick up our children etc. Mind you this is a warranty repair that has been pending for over a year now not a regular scheduled service. I was told there are no loaner vehicles and that wouldn’t be an option. I couldn’t understand how a “luxury” brand of car dealership doesn’t have a loaner vehicle and was told ownership sold them all and none exist. So as stated in my previous review of this dealership stay away. Go to West Palm Acura if you are interested in an Acura or in need of service. More

Had a 1pm appointment for an oil change. It is now 530 pm and the car is still not ready. New ownership, same terrible service. Bought a new MDX in March of 2021. Called to get it scheduled and for months I would hear nothing after being told the parts were on back order. Over a 6 month period I would call to get an update and would never once get a call back. Twice when I could get someone on the phone I was told parts were on their way only to hear nothing then later be told they are still on back order. In 2 weeks it will be a year since buying the vehicle and it’s still not fixed. Called again last week was told it’s new ownership they have no record of my parts being ordered. Called to get clarification, no response. Called 6 times the past week, left multiple voicemails asking for a call back. Nothing. Try to leave a message for the service manager? Nope, mailbox full not accepting messages. Try to leave a message for the Acura tech, no calls retuned after multiple messages. Never once had these problems at a so called luxury car dealership. If you want an Acura go to west palm or broward. This place is same old terrible service with a new ownership label. More
