New ownership, same terrible service. Bought a new MDX in March of 2021. Trim on the windows started coming off within the first 4 weeks, under warranty shouldn’t be a problem one would t Bought a new MDX in March of 2021. Called to get it scheduled and for months I would hear nothing after being told the parts were on back order. Over a 6 month period I would call to get an update and would never once get a call back. Twice when I could get someone on the phone I was told parts were on their way only to hear nothing then later be told they are still on back order. In 2 weeks it will be a year since buying the vehicle and it’s still not fixed. Called again last week was told it’s new ownership they have no record of my parts being ordered. Called to get clarification, no response. Called 6 times the past week, left multiple voicemails asking for a call back. Nothing. Try to leave a message for the service manager? Nope, mailbox full not accepting messages. Try to leave a message for the Acura tech, no calls retuned after multiple messages. Never once had these problems at a so called luxury car dealership. If you want an Acura go to west palm or broward. This place is same old terrible service with a new ownership label. More
