Best experience ever. Tried to lease a 2017 RDX from competing dealership. They were difficult to deal with an unyielding when it came to price. Car is a DEATH MACHINE Buyer Beware! You will have no recourse or help from this dealership! My mom who is a senior citizen leased a 2016 Acura TLX here on June 17 2016 and Buyer Beware! You will have no recourse or help from this dealership! My mom who is a senior citizen leased a 2016 Acura TLX here on June 17 2016 and two months later, on August 19th, was slowly pulling into a parking spot when her car surged forward into a concrete divider and a bunch of shoulder height bushes. The car was badly damaged , but had this happened on the road or highway, it would have been a death sentence for herself or a passerby! Upon researching the problem, it turns out that there was a class action suit against Acura for this very "surge" problem in the 2015 model. Being a loyal Acura customer , and the holder of an "Acura Loyalty advantage certificate", (this was her 5th Acura and the the 3rd from this dealer) my mom was confident that Acura would honor her request to exchange this "death machine" for another car. At first she was assured by sales manager Dan Antolini, that he would exchange the car with no problem and then he did a switcheroo, falsely claiming she had driven the car for 6 months ( it was 2 months) and refusing to do anything for her at all. Dan has given my Mother the run around and she has been paying for a car rental as she is too terrified to drive this car again. Although my mom's insurance paid for the body shop repairs , this car has a faulty and dangerous transmission that she doesn't want to trust with her life. So she is stuck now, paying the monthly lease fee of $386 per month, as well as $30 per day to rent a safe car she can actually drive., while her Acura remains at the dealership. She is totally stressed out and disappointed with Acura. Where is the regard for this loyal customer's safely?? More

When we arrived at Delray Acura, LIam and others were helpful without being the least bit pushy. We did a little bit of negotiating and arrived at a price that worked for all of us.
