On a Friday evening, I called the dealers with a specific car in mind, a specific model and color. I spoke with Mitch from sales and he was courteous, friendly, and engaging instantly. I worked with both over the phone and in a matter of 30 minutes, even though they did not have the car in Delray, Jeff managed to find one for me. Both Jeff and Mitch were very helpful and to the point. There was no run around or waste of time. By the next day, in less than 24 hours, we had the car in our hands. Mitch took care of us from the moment we arrived. He seems to be a wonderful young man with what I predict is a bright future in sales. We feel lucky he was the one who answered the phone! Jeff and Mitch had asked for all the necessary information ahead of time so by the time we were able to speak with Eric, the financial manager, the process was smooth and painless. All three of them were a pleasure to deal with. We left the place very happy and very impressed by the entire Acura Delray team we dealt with. They were worth the one hour ride for us! More
