Bill explained all about the car as I took it on a drive and I left that day unsure as to what I wanted to do. I went to look at other cars and after 2 disapponting experiences, I went back to Acura the next day and revisited the car and Bill Mitchell. He is kind and patient, answering a myrid of questions and helped me finalize a leasing agreement easily. I now think of auto shopping as a pleasdant experience; however, I believe it is because of my salesman. My salesman acted like a friend, not someone trying to sell me something. He was as pleasant and friendly when I left not buying as he was on the day I did the lease. Delray Acura is lucky to have Bill M itchell and I was doubly lucky that he was my salesman. More

We worked with Ron Hirsch, and I can't say enough about this guy. His personality was great, and he was very easy to work with. No pressure. No stress. Just a pleasant experience all around. We test drove the vehicle and decided it was the one we wanted. We also traded in my wife's vehicle, and that process was just as easy and stress free. Financing at the dealer was also a no nonsense transaction. Ron, was absolutely one of the best I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many, many, car sales folks. The entire business process was over and done, in a very short time. Ron and I did spend some time talking about a common interest, but outside of that, you couldn't complain about spending a whole day in the dealership, just to buy a vehicle. Please keep in mind that we are not folks who haggle back and forth, and want to squeeze a rock until it bleeds, or save a couple bucks, on the purchase price, or 3.00/month, on a payment. We felt we were treated fair on the trade and the purchase price of the vehicle, based on some preliminary research. So do yourself a favor, and go in with realistic goals, and knowledge. If you do, I think you will find this dealership, and Ron, to be a great place to buy a vehicle. I certainly would recommend going to them, if you see something you like there, and asking for Ron Hirsch. More
