Of course it did cost more, but it was still reasonable and a better deal than I expected to get. Every increase was explained and fit with what I expected. The overall deal was much better than the one offered on the main Acura website, and I also had called another dealer in the area that was unable to match it. More

There was no pressure as I was ready to make a purchase. The only negatives I can think of for this dealership is: I would like a quicker call back to phone messages from service and Bill. The car buying process should not take as long as it does. Six hours including a lunch break is ridiculous. In fairness, I don't believe this to be just this dealer's issue, I believe all dealers are like this. More

Easiest car I ever bought We met Ron Hirsh in November when I stopped in to see the new Acura. Although I was not ready to buy, Ron was professional and encouraged my wife and We met Ron Hirsh in November when I stopped in to see the new Acura. He spent time explaining the car and taking us for a test drive regardless of the fact that we were not buying.
