Travis/Norm Tag Team I visited the dealership today uncertain if I would find a suitable vehicle. I was greeted by Norm Chalphin who could not have been more helpful and I visited the dealership today uncertain if I would find a suitable vehicle. I was completely surprised when the Hyundai Genesis felt right. At that point, Norm called in Travis Williams, who like Norm has a true gift in the art of sales! I drove (no pun intended) these guys crazy all afternoon until we finally hammered out a deal. I was treated with much respect and felt that I got a fair deal. My experience was truly pleasant and unlike most of my earlier car buying ventures. I highly recommend the dealership and these 2 dedicated sales professionals. More

They suck in to the showroom for 5 hours and beat you down until you take their bad deal. I paid $580 too much on the downpayment and $15 a month more than I would have at Rick Case or Pembrooke pines Acura. Sales team including manager will not return phone calls after the deal.
