I will have to say that this was the BEST car buying experiece that I have EVER had. Within 5 minutes of getting out of my car and browsing the lot, Bill Mitchell approached me. I had done my research before coming to the dealership and knew about what I should pay for the car. We negotiated a deal in about an hour (or less) and there was never any haggling back and forth. I am new to the area and needed a odd repair done. I called acura and spoke with josh. I have in the past had very bad experiences with car dealerships not following through on what was discussed and re called acura and spoke with josh. Josh was friendly patient and most important took the time to look into my warranty and make all the calls needed to get repair approved. Upon arriving to dealership josh had everything ready and took the time to explain everything step by step.
